Clean (EMOM5 @73, 78 & 83% + 5 singles if good)

Clean Pull (85% x3, 90% 3×2)

Halting Clean Deadlift (80% (3+1+1)x2, 85%x3)

Clean grip Deadlift – halting at specific points on the way up to completing your lift

Paused Back Squat (65% 3×3)

Set up like a normal back squat, holding a pause at the bottom of the squat whilst under tension
