4x Power Clean + 1x Jerk

1 minute rest between each round

Start light, add weight each round

Then 3 rounds of:

15x Pull ups

15x Burpee to target

800m run

Then 3 rounds of:

15x Pull ups

15x Burpee to target

400m Run
