10-meter handstand traverse or bear crawl + forward roll

3 broad jumps + 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg

5 burpees + 5 mountain climbers + 10 jumping jack


Overhead Squat (5×5)

Focus on active shoulders and stacking on the lats in overhead position

Press to Head Stand (5-10 minutes practise)

From a tripod position, press yourself up in to a headstand.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 8:00-10:00

10 plate jumps, 12”-24”

8 push-ups

6 overhead squats
