127 Rope Climb AMRAP of:

13x AKBS 24/16kg

11x Box Jumps 30\24″

20x Wall Walkers

15x Pull Ups

Everyone will complete the above AMRAP for the duration in which it takes everyone in the class to complete 127 rope climbs, one person climbing a rope at a time. Scaled to Down & Up with feet on the floor.

Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk (2+2+1 10 mins building up to a heavy complex)

Perform a clean, followed by hang clean, then a jerk movement
