15 Synchronised Hang Cleans 40kg/30kg

10 Synchronised Air Squats

5 Synchronised Thrusters 40kg/30kg

2 Rowers – Male/Female per rower

*1000m Buy in per rower. 500m each per athlete. Must be completed before moving to the AMRAP movements

Hang Clean rep must stay above knees. Full lockout must be shown in front rack synchronised between both male and female athletes

Synchronised Thruster, both athletes hips must be below knee crease’s at the same time and bar locked out at full extension at the same time.

Use remainder of the time to work on a gymnastic weakness
