Weightlifting

Snatch 5 singles at each weight E2MOM – 70%x1x5, 73%x1x5, 76%x1x5, 79%x1x5

Snatch Pull – 100%x2, 105%x2, 110%x2, 90%x2

Paused Back Squat: 70%x3, 75%x3, 80%x3x3

Weighted Planks – 3 x 20-30 sec
