Speed Ladder (stutter step two feet in each rung)
10 right leg forward/backward hops (over line)
10m walking lunges
10m High Knee Skip
6 Sets of Side Shuffle
10 Lateral step ups onto box/plate (5 per side)
5 Strict Push-Ups w/ proper form
Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)
8m Shuttle Run
