Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Teams of 2 – 25 Minute AMRAP
1)Partner A runs 400M
Partner B does AMRAP of Hang power cleans 60/45kg until A gets back.
Switch and repeat. (score is reps of hang power cleans. Each person only runs once and hang power cleans once.)
2) Partner A runs 400 M
Partner B does AMRAP Back squats from floor until A returns.
Switch and repeat.
3) Same process, but with Pull ups
If the above is completed within 25 mins, start over and continue!
