SKILL TRANSFER EXERCISES:

1. Snatch Push Press

2. Overhead Squat

3. Heaving Snatch Balance

4. Snatch Balance without a dip

5. Snatch Balance with a dip

Weightlifting

Tall Snatch + Press in Snatch – 3×3+5

Snatch – 70%x2, 75%x2x5

Snatch Pull – 90%x3, 100%x3, 105%x3

Pause Jerk – 70%x2x4
