Tack & Floss (No Measure)

Pick two major joints that you are training today and spend 15 minutes Tacking & mobilising with or without a band

Positional Strength (Snatch) (10 minutes just working bar path)

Starting from floor, lift to 1″, below knee, & above knee hold for 3 count at each and repeat

Inverted Burpee (Have some fun with Burpee’s (45 sec))

Perform a deck squat with hands touching floor over head, stand up then kick up into handstand against the wall

Metcon (Time)

1. Run 800m, Row 800m, or 100 DU’s

You know you will hear some wedding BELLS

2. 100 Kettle BELL swings (24/16kg)

And after the RINGS are exchanged its time to party

3. 50 RING Rows

We better make sure our LUNGE technique is perfect before we take the garter

4. 100 Lunges

And if we are lucky, we may even get some late night THRUSTERS in

5. 50 Thrusters (45/30kg)

With all the people at the wedding, you can be sure morning will bring a lot of CLEANING

6. 100 Hang cleans (45/30kg)
