(EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST ROW 500M EACH. ONCE THE FIRST

ATHLETE HAS ROWED 500M THEY CAN ADVANCE ONTO THE TTB)

150 TOES TO BAR

120 HANG SQUAT CLEANS 60/40KG
