Arabesque with Kicks

Heal walking

Toe Walking

Butt Kickers

Knees to chest

Walking kicks

Side shuffle

Side Skip

Metcon (Time)

Run 6x200m @ PE9, rest 1:2

Immediately after each run, perform 8-12 Handstand Pushups

Notes

HSPU Sets should be submaximal. Your rest clock starts when you finish the run, not the handstand push ups.
