The Warm Up (No Measure)
Jumping Jacks – to the sides, then front to back.
Lunges – Elbow to ankle, then which way to the beach?
Speed Skaters with wide stance
Wax on/ wax off
Push Press (5×5 @PE 7)
Squat Clean (5 minutes working the skill)
Children – 6 rounds of 10 push press (PVC pipe), 5 burpees, and 5 kettlebell swings
Teens & Adults – 100 Kettlebell swings but must stop every 2 min. and complete 3 burpees
