3 minutes of Cal Row

2 minutes of Wall balls

2 minutes of Hand release push-ups

3 minutes to run 400 meters (2x 200)(each athlete runs a 200) From Car Park.

* After the run, rest for the remainder of the 3 minutes before beginning the next round.
