Forward rolls (10 min. for children) Kettlebell swings and piked push-ups (teens)

Hang Squat Snatch 3RM (Build to a heavy 3)

Unbroken 3RM, From high hang poistion squat snatch from over head bar back into hips and re-snatch, bar can not touch floor in between reps.

Metcon (Time)

Children – 5 rounds of the following: 5 kettlebell swings, 5 juumping squats, and 2 burpee roll overs

Teens – 5 rounds of the following: 5 air squats, 5 burpees, and 20 double-unders (single skips)
